I'm Krystal, a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts, sharing lessons, advice, and tips that I've learned through my education, experience, and own personal life lessons
I've been an extremely curious person my whole life - curious to learn the way things work, why they sometimes don't work, and how I can better understand this messy thing we call life. I remember writing a journal entry at 15 years old where I said I wanted to understand all of human emotion and behavior to be able to communicate it in a way that makes it easier to relate to.
